My 30-day money-back guarantee for everything ordered through this website, and how to ask for a refund.

Our guarantee

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, I will refund the amount you paid, including postage and packing. No awkward hoops, no fuss.

What it covers

Everything ordered through this website, including the free A5 print, A4 and A3 upgrades and full collections.

When the 30 days start

The 30 days start on the day you receive your order.

How to ask
Email me at art@karengourley.com within 30 days of receiving your order and I will arrange your refund.

Keep your print
You do not need to return the print. It is yours to keep.

How you are refunded
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show the credit.

Postage
Postage and packing are refunded too, including the NZ$9.95 you paid if you chose just the free A5 print.

Damaged or wrong items
Email me within 30 days with a photo and I will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Your legal rights
This policy does not limit your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act.
