Terms of sale

The terms for ordering from The Forest Collection on this website, including the free print offer, upgrades and delivery.

The free print offer

You can choose one free A5 print from The Forest Collection. It is printed on quality cardstock and supplied unframed. You pay only NZ$9.95 postage and packing, and the offer is limited to one free print per household.

Upgrades and sets

A4 and A3 fine art prints and full collections are priced as shown on each page, and A4 and A3 orders include free postage. An A4 or A3 upgrade replaces your free A5, so you receive one print in the size you choose.

Delivery

I deliver within New Zealand only, for now. I print in weekly batches and post your order within 10 business days.

Digital extras

Your phone wallpapers and PDF guide are emailed to you after checkout.

Prices

All prices are in New Zealand dollars. If I spot an obvious pricing error, I can correct it and will contact you if that happens.

Colours

Colours may look slightly different on your screen than they do in print.

All artwork is copyright Karen Gourley. Your print is for your own personal use. You may not copy, reproduce or resell the artwork or the digital extras.

Your legal rights

These terms do not limit your rights under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act. Subject to that, my liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid, and New Zealand law applies.

Every order is covered by my 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are on the refund policy page.

Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I will update the date at the top of this page.
